At Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton, our goal is to provide a variety of faith formation opportunities for people of all ages and previous religious experience in religious education. In their pastoral plan, Our Hearts Were Burning within Us, the bishops of the United States have placed adult faith formation in first priority in the work of catechesis. Adult faith that is living, explicit, and fruitful is the goal of our work in catechesis here at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. In connection with this primary mandate, the faith formation staff collaborate in developing programs for children and youth, as well as adult education and liturgical catechesis.
