Although we may not be able to receive the Holy Eucharist physically due to the current situation, we may receive Jesus spiritually into our hearts by saying a prayer of Spiritual Communion – a prayer commonly said by saints throughout the ages. Let us join as one family, in communion with one another through our Lord, Jesus, especially whenever we watch the celebration of the Mass from our homes.

My Jesus, 
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. 
I love You above all things, 
and I desire to receive You into my soul. 
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, 
come at least spiritually into my heart. 
I embrace You as if You were already there 
and unite myself wholly to You. 
Never permit me to be separated from You.
